Examine what you are worrying about. Evaluate its REAL WEIGHT in your life! What can this thing do to me. Is it really as much of a threat as you make it out to be? What is the actual evidence that the thought is true? If this thing I am worried about happens, will I even remember it in 5 years? Warriors do a thorough THREAT ASSESSMENT so they spend their time on issues of most importance. TRUE WARRIORS assess what the real threats are? What are the things that really matter? Then they focus on the things that matter most!!
