Sometimes we have to SLOW DOWN and STAY ON THE PATH. I had a dream that I was driving in my Jeep and the ground was icy but the road was clear. I kept driving too fast and would go off the road in the turns and slide all over the place and have to fight to get back on the road. This kept happening over and over. I finally came to a deep gorge and because I would not SLOW DOWN I almost tipped over into the gorge. It was so real I could feel the tilt and it woke me up!
I thought about this dream for a few hours and then during my meditation time God spoke to me and basically said, "SLOW DOWN". Sometimes we lose our bearing because we RUSH through that still small voice.
Sometimes we just need to SLOW DOWN in order to stay on the path. If we let the pace of the world get us out of the pace we are meant to run we will lose sight of our mission.
