MOEO MOVE!!! GRATITUDE!


GRATITUDE can be beneficial in so many areas of your life! Here is just a few that have been proven in scientific studies:


  1. GRATITUDE improves physical health.

  2. GRATITUDE improves sleep quality, sleep duration and makes it easier to get to sleep.

  3. GRATITUDE enhances positive emotions.

  4. GRATITUDE makes it easier to cope with trials.

  5. GRATITUDE lowers levels of cellular inflammation.

  6. GRATITUDE makes people more physically active.

  7. GRATITUDE results in less physician visits.

The studies were done with people keeping a GRATITUDE JOURNAL. They wrote down things they were grateful for daily. So here is the challenge:

3 GOOD THINGS! Every day write down 3 things you have to be grateful for. And spend time thinking about those things. Give it a try and see what happens!! MOVE!!
