Search for and capture every opportunity to ignite and empower people to endeavor to maximize their limitless potential.
Lets break this down. "Search for" is an acquired skill. It must be learned and cultivated. We live our lives in a fog where we don't search out the meaningful moments. We miss critical moments because we are just to busy, bored or mindless as we walk our journey. We have to learn to seek out the meaning in our moments and continue to develop that skill.
Once we develop the ability to seek out these moments, it is not enough just to recognize them. We have to "capture" those meaningful moments. Capturing means we make something special out of the moments. We act on the opportunity and make the meaning materialize.
"To ignite" carries the connotation of setting something ablaze. I believe there are powerful raw materials in each of us that are waiting to be set on fire in the flame of our passion that lives in us. Sometimes it takes an external force to strike the fire in us. That is the mission, to set ablaze the passion in our own and in someone else's heart.
"To empower" is lived out when we support someone's own natural ability in such a way that exposes their inner power. We all have power in our makeup but sometimes it must be unmasked or unveiled with someone else's touch in our lives.
"Endeavor" means to try hard to achieve or do something. So this means to give full out effort to push the boundaries of your potential. To "maximize" it! To take every chance to make people realize not only is their potential "limitless" but that they can search the borders of that potential and push them further with effort.
